The Edo state Police Command has declared one Emmanuel Emene wanted for homosexual related offences. This was contained in a statement signed and made available to the Press earlier today by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chidi Nwanbuzor in Benin city the Edo state Capital. According to the statement, Emmanuel Emene was reported at the Police Force Headquarters through a petition written to the Commissioner of Police by the Odionwere (village Head) of Evbuotubu/Iguediaye community, Pa Edigin Izoduwa.   According to the statement, "the accused, Emmanuel Emene, upon investigation was alleged to be a serial offender who the villagers described as a pervert who has severally been accused of homosexual related offences in the past and had been forgiven by the leadership of the community as there were no sufficient evidence for his prosecution  According to the Police, Emmanuel who is on the run is now wanted by the Police based on a petition by the leadership of Evbuotubu/Ig
