The hearing of the case by the federal high Court in Benin of alleged aiding of Suicide of  Lilian Omokhuale, daughter of Francis Omoruyi Oloton, the Chief Executive Officer of Uyi Technical Company Limited could not hold on Monday and was therefore subsequently adjourned due to the absence of the judge, Justice S.M. Shuibu who was said to be on official engagement. The defendants in the case are Jessica Iguodala Oghomwen, Akpes Omorodion, Chukwudi Akpotowho,  Vincent Uhunmwangho, and Blessing Jatto.
