He disclosed that all the Permanent Secretaries deserved their appointments as they are all qualified for the positions. He further said that gone were the days when appointments were made through god fathers without proper screening of candidates, adding that this period, due process were followed as they all went through test and they came out based on merit. He said therefore, he has no doubt that they will deliver in their duties.
