Leadership is that which motivates and directs individuals or group of individuals to attain set out goals and objectives. A leader galvanises his followers to take the necessary steps that will lead them to success.
A good leader knows his people better than anyone else, their strengths, their weaknesses, their challenges, what makes them tick and what motivates them.

High Chief Francis Inegbeniki, a high profile politician and Chairman, CEO, Ine conglomerate, has said that he has not rescinded his decision to resign from the All Progressives Congress (APC). The Edo Labour Party Governorship Aspirants across the state have agreed to work together in a joint ticket arrangement.
