Labour Stalwart Urges Members to Support Dorry Okojie's Governorship Aspiration

An Edo State Labour Party stalwart and Chairmanship candidate for Esan Central Local Government Area in the last Local Government Council election, Comrade Kingsley Ijebor, has appealed to Labour Party members in the state to support the gubernatorial aspiration of (Dr) Dorry Afe Efosa Okojie and nominate him to fly the party's flag in the Edo 2024 governorship election.

Ijebor made the appeal in an open letter he addressed to Labour Party members in Edo State and urged them to choose wisely to close the bleeding wounds of old politics of division, adding that Dorry Okojie is ready to operate an open door policy as Governor of Edo State.

According to Comrade Ijebor, "Ahead of the Edo 2024 gubernatorial election, my dear political stakeholders and stalwarts, we stand at a cross road, at a pivot point where one part leads to the past, while the other part leads to the future where we are obliged to choose wisely for the generation yet unborn.
 
We must choose wisely to close the book of the bleeding wounds of old politics of division, monetary inducement of highest bidder and sail our ship on the sea of hope and plant our flags on the sunrise of a greater tomorrow, with a political asset, a unifier, a bridge builder, a man with irresistible state appeal, a man most qualified for top job of the party. 

"That one man is Dorry Okojie .He is ready to operate an open door policy and all inclusive government. 

While enumerating the qualities Dorry Okojie possesses that will appeal to Edo voters to make him and Labour Party victorious at the 2024 gubernatorial election, Ijebor said, "In this contest, and in all sincerity of purpose, giving the ticket to Dr. Dorry Afe Okojie as the Labour party gubernatorial candidate will dissolve all charades, make LP to thrive and secure the future gains of 2024 fortunes and beyond"

"Dr. Dorry Okojie is a noble man with honourable qualities, moral rectitude and freedom from and far above anything petty, mean or dubious in conduct."

"Undoubtedly, with a visionary leader like Dr. Dorry Afe Okojie LP your party, my party, our party will be well positioned for electoral gains of 2024 contest owing to his enormous experience that will consequently turn around the developmental hiccups in the state.

"Because Labour Party deserves the best, let's endorse and support Dr. Dorry Afe Okojie for the top job", he appealed.

The Edo Labour Party Governorship Aspirants across the state have agreed to work together in a joint ticket arrangement.
