The uncertainty of the future makes foresight imperative in planning for it.A leader without a sense of foresight is incapacitated in articulating policy options and making better decisions in the present.

The events through which we have crossed and continuing to confront as a people require that we need a man with great foresight to take over from Governor Obaseki next year.
