Social Pact Between Dorry Okojie and Edo People



How do nations and subnational entities attain impressive levels of development in education, healthcare, security architecture and employment generation opportunities?

This question is better answered by a leader who has the will and integrity to translate his electioneering promises into a social pact-- public policies contract between government and social partners ( the people) about welfare policies.

In words and actions, Dr Dorry Okojie, has demonstrated and continues to demonstrate that he knows and understands what social pact is about-- meaning he knows what is involved in articulating appropriate policy choices that would shoot Edo State to a higher step on the ladder of economic prosperity.

His unflagging commitment to creating the right environment for economic growth derives from depth of knowledge in development economics. 

His determined efforts and honesty of intentions to pilot the affairs Edo State based on people-centred policies will no doubt usher in a new era of improved standard of living for all 

He will drive economic processes that offer opportunities for people to be fully engaged in productive ventures, thereby creating route for them to escape poverty and enjoy a better standard of living.

This is more than a promise -- it is a social pact. And the more reason Dorry Okojie deserves to be supported to emerge as Edo State Governor, next year.
