Constituency project: Edo Deputy Speaker gets approval to construct two schools perimeter fence in Uromi.


The Deputy Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. (Mrs) Maria Omozele Oligbi-Edeko Esq. has gotten approval from Edo State Government through the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) to construct perimeter fence in Ebhoiyi Demonstration Primary & Idumu-Egelean Primary Schools all in Esan North East constituency II. 

Oligbi-Edeko represents the industrious people of Esan North East Constituency II in the Edo State House of Assembly. 

The site was handed over to the Deputy Speaker & the engineer by the Education Secretary, Esan North East Local Government Area on Thursday in Uromi, the administrative headquarters of the local Government. 


Earlier, SUBEB had given an approval to the Deputy Speaker to carry out the project in compliance with Government directive.

The approval from SUBEB to the deputy speaker contained the architectural designs and the specifications of the perimeter fencing projects .

Commenting, the Deputy Speaker stated that the design & specifications would be strictly adhered to.

Present at the occasion were the Education Secretary, Esan North East Local Government Area, the headmistress of the two schools and members of the Executive Committee of Idumu-Egelean Community.
