OBIDIENTS For Ai Crusade Targets 150,000 Votes For Ighodalo As Crusade Holds In Edo Central Next Week

The convener  of the OBIDIENTS for Ai Crusade,  Fred Atiomo,   has said that the state- wide crusade which is aimed at ensuring a one hundred and fifty thousand ( 150,000) votes for Asue Ighodalo, in the coming Edo governorship election will  hold next week in Edo Central adding that it was  a Clarion call for all Edo People to be unanimous in their  resolve for the salvation of Edo state through the ballot in the coming Edo governorship election.


He made the call recently in Benin City, the Edo State Capital, while addressing a  crowd of  OBIDIENTS crusade supporters for Asue Ighodalo in the coming Edo governorship election.


According to him, "in the annals of Edo state's tumultuous political landscape, a groundswell of fervent support has erupted, heralding the emergence of a formidable, competent and credible contender for the gubernatorial seat - Barr. Asue Ighodalo. This clarion call, spearheaded by the ardent OBIDIENTS for  Asue Ighodalo represents an unprecedented moment in the state's history, a convergence of civic duty and unflagging conviction.

"The OBIDIENTS for Ai,  a formidable grassroots coalition of concerned citizens, have taken up the mantle of championing Asue Ighodalo's candidacy with an unprecedented zeal. This crusade  championed in Edo South by distinguished personalities  such as Osariemen Uwaifo Coordinator (Oredo), Blessings Agho ( State Coordinator) and Citizen Victor Ekuase ( Senatorial Coordinator) which is rooted in the principles of good governance, transparency, and unwavering integrity, also has  coordinators in Edo Central and Edo North and it is  galvanizing the masses, which transcends  party lines and ideological divides. The clarion call  echoing throughout Edo's towns and villages is a testament to the people's yearning for transformative leadership - a leader who will steer the state away from the morass of corruption and mismanagement that has plagued it for far too long.
