Congratulations To Our Working Governor




The Chairman /CEO, Transnational Development Nigeria Limited, Mr Okpebholo Akhere Oris rejoices with the governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on his resounding successes and achievements in his first 100 days in office as the governor of the state.


According to Mr Okpebholo, he said that the governor's multifaceted approach to governance, encompassing various sectors, underscores his holistic vision for Edo State. 


This was contained in a statement issued signed and made available to the Press earlier today in Benin City the Edo State capital.

According to him, "On behalf of my family and the entire members of Staff of Transnational Development Nigeria Limited, I, Mr. Okpebholo Akhere Oris rejoiced with the governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo on his landmark achievements in his 100 days in office 

" It is with profound admiration and heartfelt congratulations that I extend my warmest regards to you on the remarkable achievements you have accomplished during your first 100 days in office as the esteemed Governor of Edo State. Your 100 days in office thus far has been nothing short of extraordinary, marked by a commendable and unprecedented pace of progress that has invigorated our beloved state.

"Your commitment to the rehabilitation of roads across the state, the transformation of our infrastructure, your initiatives in the health sector, your timely intervention in the education sector, employment of 100 teachers and promotion of 8,476 teachers across the state and your speedy initiative to construct several roads and the Ramat Park flyover are indicative of a leader in a hurry to deliver on his campaign promises and the strides you have made so far reflect your understanding of critical role responsible governance plays in shaping the future of our dear state.

"Your multifaceted approach to governance, encompassing various sectors, underscores your holistic vision for Edo State. As you continue this noble journey, may your resolve remain steadfast, and may your achievements inspire further progress and innovations.

"Once again, congratulations on this remarkable milestone. I look forward to witnessing the continued elevation of Edo State under your exemplary stewardship and I assure you of our unreserved support in your resolve to restore Edo to its deserved glory".

Catholic Priest dumps Christianity for traditional religion after completing PhD on rainmaking

Dr Echezona Obiagbaosogu, a Catholic priest, has abandoned Christianity for African traditional religion after his PhD project. His PhD project is said to be on rainmaking in Igboland and he said the insight he gained during his research made him change the course of his spiritual pursuit. According to reports , Obiagbaosogu, who teaches African Traditional Religion at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, in Anambra State, said he was fascinated by the traditional African spirituality and the art of rainmaking. After defending his PhD Dissertation titled “Rainmaking and Control in Igbo African Medicine,” on Wednesday, he said Africa possesses enormous resources and value which have been eroded by colonial powers.
