YES WE CAN, YES WE WILL: THE IKPEA PRINCIPLE OF UNITY, BREAKTHROUGH AND VICTORY 2027

Distinguished Senator *JOE IGIAGBE IKPEA* is a redefined distinguished senator. His style of leadership reflects what *former US President Barack Obama* called the reformation rules of uniting and winning. Obama won by bringing people together, creating breakthroughs, and turning hope into results. That same model is playing out in Edo Central.

*1. Unite People Around One Purpose* 
Obama said, _"We are not a collection of red states and blue states. We are the United States."_ 
Senator Ikpea has done this in Edo Central. From all houses, to all homes, he has united communities, youths, women and leaders under one purpose: development. His undying commitment to service speaks volume.

*2. Make Breakthroughs Through Hope and Action* 
Obama’s campaign was built on _"the audacity of hope."_ 
Senator Ikpea turned that hope into action. His presence is causing a positive earthquake in the political limelight of Edo Central, Esanland, and Nigeria at large. He showed up, listened, and delivered where it matters to families.

*3. Win By Organizing, Not Dividing* 
Obama won because he organized the grassroots. 
Senator Ikpea is doing the same. He is building structures, mentoring leaders, and aligning interests. That is why his achievement is worth talking about. The people are responding because they feel included.

*4. Change That Lasts* 
_"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time."_ 
Senator Ikpea did not wait. He started now. This consistency is why the masses are welcoming his comeback in 2027 as a blessing to Edo Central.

The direction is clear. All political interests are moving to *APC, a winning party*. 
For unity, breakthrough and victory, *Senator JOE IGIAGBE IKPEA must be re-elected come 2027.*

The Oredo East constituency candidate of the Labour Party   (LP) in the 2023 Edo House Of Assembly election, Comrade Engr Peter Igbinigie Idahosa, has said that Edo State House Of Assembly needs to formulate policies that would enhance the current Security architecture so as to Stimulate food sufficiency in the state.
